Frequently asked questions

Virtual skin consultations are 100% FREE for all existing customers. If you are a new customer, the skin consultation is $50, and you will receive a credit of $50 to spend on Secret Beauty Club Products.

Each consultation is approximately 15 minutes, which is the perfect amount of time to discuss your skincare routine, ask one of our experts any questions you have, and receive recommendations for your routine.

The virtual consultation consists of a skincare evaluation, product recommendations, and answers to any questions you might have.

Once you have scheduled, you will be sent a questionnaire via email about your skin type and current routine. Please fill this out so our experts can prepare prior to your consultation. It is recommended that you submit at least 1-2 photos of your skin from different angles and in natural lighting before the appointment. You will also have a chance to submit a list of questions ahead of time that you would like to ask.

All virtual consultations are held via Google Meet. We recommend turning your camera on if you are comfortable, as one of our experts will be on camera throughout the consultation.

After your consultation, your expert will email your personalized routine and any recommended products or tips with links to buy. For any questions, you can reply to the email or email virtual@secretbeautyclub.com.
